Kemp Pirie Crombeen is a general practice law firm located in the City of Temiskaming Shores (formerly the Township of Dymond and the Towns of New Liskeard and Haileybury.)
We provide both litigation and non-litigation legal services to our clients in a broad range of legal areas. We serve clients throughout northeastern Ontario. Most of our referrals come from recommendations provided by our loyal base of satisfied clients.

FIRM HISTORY
The firm’s history can be traced back to the late 1930’s. Kathryn Pirie and George Kemp practiced together in partnership until October of 2015 when the firm was purchased by Paul Crombeen.
OUR RATES
Our rates are based on a block fee in certain matters such as residential real estate, wills, powers of attorney and uncontested divorces. Please contact us for a quote. Our staff will be pleased to assist you.
In other matters where a block rate is not possible, our service is based upon an hourly fee while working on a client's file. Kathryn J. Pirie’s hourly rate is dependent on the nature of the matter, and will be discussed during the consultation process. Paul Crombeen's hourly rate is $325.00. These fees are subject to adjustment depending on factors such as the complexity of the issues, the importance to the client, the urgency of the matter and the ultimate outcome.
OUR STAFF
Kemp Pirie Crombeen could not provide such excellent and reasonably priced service without our employees. We are fortunate to employ very experienced and knowledgeable staff members, whose time is charged out at rates between $100.00 and $140.00 per hour.
We believe in trying to minimize our clients' fees by asking our staff to complete as much work on our clients' files as possible, under the supervision of a lawyer.
